  1. Accountability – It helps to actually get to the gym when you know someone is waiting for you.
  2. Motivation – You will lift more, move faster and try harder overall when you have someone pushing you along
  3. Progress – We can all reach a fitness plateau, especially if we are doing the same old routine. A trainer can keep workouts fresh and your results evolving.
  4. Personalization – The workout that is right for your friend might not be the right one for you. A trainer would build a workout program for your goals and needs.
  5. Fun – Someone cheering you on, making you laugh and keeping your mind off the last set you are pushing through can definitely make your workout more fun than going alone!
